Our thoughts and well wishes are with everyone affected by COVID-19. The COVID-19 health crisis is presenting
unprecedented challenges, including that of custom team apparel. All purchased items are ordered, shipped, printed, embroidered & sorted specifically per individual order. The scheduling of each store is based on the specific needs of your program.

At this point, every item is completed or well into production, and due to the nature of this store, no refunds can be issued for any item(s). 

We have been in direct communication with your team's head coach, and plan to deliver all orders on or before the original due date, at which point the coaching staff will work together to distribute orders based on when organized meetings can take place.
